Shipping Policy
As soon as an order is received, we ensure that the goods are dispatched within 24 working hours.
Only for orders that include more products or for items that require customisation or certificates of authenticity (e.g. Avio) the order processing may take longer (usually 48 hours, unless special customer requests).
- Q LAB ships free of charge all over Europe (except UK) via GLS express courier with fast delivery in 24-48 hours.
- For orders to countries outside the EU shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, as well as the express courier; as a rule for orders destined outside Europe we ship with DHL or UPS, with rare exceptions.
N.B. We are not responsible for any customs duties that may be levied on the products: in case of doubt, it is up to the customer to make sure that the goods can be received in the recipient country and to check whether any customs duties have to be borne.
Apart from issuing an invoice and accompanying the goods with a certificate of origin or other documentation required by the receiving customs office, we cannot guarantee anything from the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier.
